What areas do you deliver to?
We serve Northeast Florida — Flagler, Volusia, St. Johns and surrounding counties — with free delivery and setup on a level lot.
Do I need to prep my site?
We deliver and set up on a level lot. We'll walk you through any site prep needed so your building sits right for years to come.
How does rent to own work?
No credit check rent to own with terms from 6 months to 5 years. You pick the payment that fits your budget and own it when it's paid off. Conventional financing is also available.
How do warranty claims work?
Our buildings carry tiered warranties up to 50 years. If an issue arises, contact us and we'll guide the claim through the manufacturer and our labor warranty.
Can I get a custom size?
Yes. Portable buildings run 8x12 up to 12x32, and metal buildings are fully custom in width, length, height, doors, bays and windows.
Are your buildings built to Florida wind code?
Yes — certified buildings built to Florida Code, rated up to 160 mph winds.
